Embarrassed I'm a bit annoyed tosay the least. I order a CAS 2 from Duolabs so as to convert Global cam to Matrix reloaded. Whe it finally arrives (after nearly 3 weeks) I find I can't use it because contrary to what they claim, Windows 98 won't install it.

After sending Duolabs  several e mails, none of which brought a solution, I try using the CAs2 on a pc running Windows XP. All i get is the error message
1 fffffffffffff device not recognized.

Checking various forums suggests that the wrong resistor has been fitted in manufacture.

I'm not one of those experts who can take a soldering iron and fix the thing, so I'm stuck with a bit of expensive electronic junk unless I send it away and then wait for the next fault to become apparent.

Not good enough if youre charging 70 plus!

Anyone suggest where I can send it in Uk to get it fixed? Don't feel like sending it to Duolabs even though they're responsible for supplying a substandard product.

Thanks
